Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Marketing Staff (B2B)
based in Surabaya. The Marketing Staff will be responsible for executing day-to-day B2B marketing activities, including digital campaigns, lead generation, and sales support. The role requires hands-on management of Google Ads and Meta Ads, outreach on LinkedIn and email, and close collaboration with the sales team to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Ads, email outreach)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis
- Support sales team in outreach and business communication
- Contribute to promotional content and campaign materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or other related fields
- Experience in B2B or software/technology industry is a plus
- Strong communication and business writing skills
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Ability to create marketing reports and analyze performance data
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in supporting cross-team collaboration
