Job Description:
- Responsible in maintaining the plant mechanical integrity for ensuring the company business continuity and people health and safety.
- Responsible in the Planning, Execution, Controlling and Reporting of the Mechanical Integrity Program.
- Validation of the mechanical works activity performed by Maintenance team.
- Provide support and guidance to the project quality team
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Industrial Engineering
- Proven minimum 7 years of experience in oil/gas/petrochemical industry in Operations and Projects quality planning, execution and controlling; and proficient in people health and safety awareness.
- Certified in welding inspections and non-destructive testing from recognized international certification body
- Certification in pressure vessels and tankages inspection is preferred
- Have good and proven leadership, interpersonal and supervisory skill
- Proven knowledge, skill and experience in the international standards in mechanical integrity, welding, mechanical works, NDT and various inspection.
- Proven knowledge, skill and experience in the Risk Based Inspection. Experience in the Reliability Centered Maintenance is preferred
- Good profiency in English both written and conversation. Having score range TOEFL PBT) or 50-80 TOEFL IBT or IELTS) will be preferrable.
- Preferably proficient in various computer applications (MS Excel, MS Words, MS Powerpoint, MS Project).
