Job Description Summary

Job Description:

  • Responsible in maintaining the plant mechanical integrity for ensuring the company business continuity and people health and safety.
  • Responsible in the Planning, Execution, Controlling and Reporting of the Mechanical Integrity Program.
  • Validation of the mechanical works activity performed by Maintenance team.
  • Provide support and guidance to the project quality team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Industrial Engineering
  • Proven minimum 7 years of experience in oil/gas/petrochemical industry in Operations and  Projects quality planning, execution and controlling; and proficient in people health and safety awareness.
  • Certified in welding inspections and non-destructive testing from recognized international certification body
  • Certification in pressure vessels and tankages inspection is preferred
  • Have good and proven leadership, interpersonal and supervisory skill
  • Proven knowledge, skill and experience in the international standards in mechanical integrity, welding, mechanical works, NDT and various inspection.
  • Proven knowledge, skill and experience in the Risk Based Inspection. Experience in the Reliability Centered Maintenance is preferred
  • Good profiency in English both written and conversation. Having score range TOEFL PBT) or 50-80 TOEFL IBT or IELTS) will be preferrable.
  • Preferably proficient in various computer applications (MS Excel, MS Words, MS Powerpoint, MS Project).
