About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Operator to join our team at PT Indo Liberty Textiles' in Karawang, West Java. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our ring frame machines & Open End machine, ensuring efficient and reliable operations in our textile manufacturing facility.
What we're looking for
- Operate Ring Frame machines (RX 220, RX 240 Toyota) & Open End machines (Model BT:923) with strong technical ability.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the textile industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and flexibility in work arrangements.
- Hands on experience on auto doffing & linked winder machines.
- Skilled in machine maintenance, problem solving, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance planning.
- Capable of changing gears for production/material changeovers effectively.
