Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain operational vehicles
- Manage and maintain company buildings and office environmental cleanliness
Manage and maintain electrical installations (telephone, internet, generator sets, exhaust systems, etc.)
Supervise and maintain company assets
- Be responsible for all types of company licensing
- Liaise with external parties
- Handle all operational needs of the company
- Prepare administrative reports related to the use of facilities, maintenance costs, and inventory stock
- Support company operational needs related to facilities and work equipment
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Experience in general affairs, operations, or facility management
- Basic knowledge of vehicle,building, and electrical maintenance
- Able to handle company permits and coordinate with external parties
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
