Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role also involves managing training and development programs, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining effective communication across all organizational levels. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership teams to align HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Labor Law Compliance
  • Experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
  • Knowledge of HR Strategy Development, Organizational Development, and Change Management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Additional certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are advantageous
