We are hiring! As a Junior Programmer, you’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal applications, working closely with senior developers. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career programmers who want to sharpen their skills while supporting real-world operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and maintaining web-based applications
- Write clean, structured, and well-documented code
- Debug and fix bugs under the guidance of senior developers
- Participate in internal training and learn teraMedik and Laravel frameworks as part of our development standards
- Graduate from SMK RPL, D3/S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- 0–2 years of experience in programming (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic proficiency in PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Eager to learn, adapt quickly, and open to feedback
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Basic problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and consistent in execution
- Experience in internship or freelance app development projects
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version control systems
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and system integration
