Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial relations or employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
- Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with trade unions and employee representatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex employment-related issues
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- FLUENT IN MANDARIN (Speaking and Reading)
- Placement : Semarang, Jawa Tengah
Responsibilities :
- Negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements with trade unions
- Advise and support managers on employment-related issues, such as disciplinary matters, grievances, and terminations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure consistent application of employment practices
- Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on industrial relations best practices
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Monitor and report on industrial relations trends and developments
