Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial relations or employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with trade unions and employee representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex employment-related issues
  • Bachelor Degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • FLUENT IN MANDARIN (Speaking and Reading)
  • Placement : Semarang, Jawa Tengah

Responsibilities :

  • Negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements with trade unions
  • Advise and support managers on employment-related issues, such as disciplinary matters, grievances, and terminations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure consistent application of employment practices
  • Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on industrial relations best practices
  • Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Monitor and report on industrial relations trends and developments
