Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Cooking Instructor at Indonesia Patisserie School in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Instructor will be responsible for planning lesson content, conducting cooking and patisserie classes, demonstrating advanced techniques, and providing guidance to students. Additional tasks include maintaining a safe and organized teaching environment and ensuring materials and ingredients are prepared for each session.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Baking, Patisserie, and Culinary Arts
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or leading groups in professional or educational settings
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper kitchen practices
  • Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to adapt lesson plans
  • Formal culinary training or certification will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and passion for teaching
