Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and operational matters to support strategic decision-making.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including procurement, sales, partnership, and service agreements.
- Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies in all business operations.
- Manage legal risks by identifying potential issues, providing preventive advice, and proposing solutions.
- Oversee and coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation, dispute resolution, or other specialized legal matters.
- Lead legal due diligence for investment, divestment, joint ventures, and M&A activities.
- Support licensing, permits, and regulatory requirements for new and ongoing business operations.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's businesses and provide timely updates to management.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies, standard templates, and compliance frameworks.
- Provide training to internal stakeholders to increase legal and compliance awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.), with advocate license (PERADI) preferred.
- Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant legal experience, with exposure in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and government regulations, especially in the fields of general corporate, industry, and investment.
- Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and high integrity.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
