Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and operational matters to support strategic decision-making.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including procurement, sales, partnership, and service agreements.
Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies in all business operations.
Manage legal risks by identifying potential issues, providing preventive advice, and proposing solutions.
Oversee and coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation, dispute resolution, or other specialized legal matters.
Lead legal due diligence for investment, divestment, joint ventures, and M&A activities.
Support licensing, permits, and regulatory requirements for new and ongoing business operations.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's businesses and provide timely updates to management.
Develop and implement internal legal policies, standard templates, and compliance frameworks.
Provide training to internal stakeholders to increase legal and compliance awareness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.), with advocate license (PERADI) preferred.
Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant legal experience, with exposure in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and government regulations, especially in the fields of general corporate, industry, and investment.
Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and high integrity.
Proven leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
