Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to support decision making
- Support the development, execution, and monitoring of new business initiatives, from ideation to evaluation stage
- Help collect, organize, and analyze sales and performance data, and prepare simple weekly reports for internal use
- Participate in marketing campaign ideation, provide suggestions for product/service R&D, and contribute creative ideas during team discussions
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment across projects
- Document key learnings from ongoing initiatives to support your professional growth and provide recommendations for business improvement
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student in Business, Management, or other related fields, with no remaining classes
- Preferably based in Bogor
- Interest in the F&B industry and enthusiasm to learn, explore, and take initiative
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and exploring business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and build rapport with external partners
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Commitment to a 6-month internship
