Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and HACCP.
- Preparing for management review, external and internal audit, following corrective/ preventive action plan, routine OPRP/CCP verification and creating validation protocol and its report.
- conduct the inspection of incoming goods, intermediate product, and finished products and its report.
- active in supporting for research and development of new products
- implement the standard and rules in the plant based on Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Implement 5s consistently to create a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Chemistry/Food Technology/ Biology/ Agro industrial technology, and other related fields
- Excellent in academic performance and have strong analytical skills
- Good in Microsoft Office, especially excel.
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Have deep understanding in ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000, and ISO 17025 as an advantage
- Minimun working experiences 3 years at related field
- Having knowledge in GCMS, NIR, density meter, refractometer, photometric determination is an advantage.
