Main Responsibility
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales, Senior Sales Managers, Sales Manager, in coordination with the Property Manager/Asst. Manager, coordinates sales inquiries, proposals, contract, secretarial back-up, hotel inspection or any other specific projects required
Requirements
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Excellent command of English (both written and conversational), additional foreign language skill (i.e Japanese, Chinese) will be an advantage.
Diploma degree in tourism or hospitality management from a reputable college.
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand or serviced apartments.
Fresh graduates with internship experience in international luxury hotel brand are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of computers application (MS Words and other Microsoft Office tools).
Strong passion in administration tasks.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, pleasant and charming personality with strong eagerness to learn and good initiatives.
