Key Responsibilities
Group Sales Management
- Optimize sales of Function Room and Private Room for corporate needs, social gatherings, and private dining.
- Develop competitive group packages and upselling strategies.
- Build partnerships with companies, Event Organizers, and communities.
Individual Sales Development
- Drive daily traffic to the outlet.
- Build relationships with the middle-up segment (university ambassadors, professionals, communities).
- Develop relationship-based promotions (word-of-mouth and collaborations).
Community & Event Activation
- Curate weekly event agendas such as workshops, brand activations, and creative pop-ups.
- Collaborate with florists, art instructors, and creative communities.
- Adjust event concepts according to the target market, specifically BRACI's positioning.
Lead Generation & Relationship Management
- Follow up on inquiries from social media, walk-in guests, and the CRM database.
- Conduct proactive outreach through site visits, WhatsApp blasts, and personal networks.
- Maintain relationships and ensure client loyalty.
Reporting & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the operations, marketing, sales, and kitchen teams.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and lead projections for the Head of Sales & CEO.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B sales or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Communicative, highly initiative, and target-driven.
- Able to analyze data and identify market opportunities.
