Network & Technical Support – Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering / Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Basic knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, Cabling; Mikrotik preferred)
  • PC & Printer installation (hardware & software), printer sharing, CCTV setup
  • Database knowledge (SQL preferred)
  • Remote network configuration
Network & Technical Support – Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware (PC/Laptop, Printer, Switch, Attendance Machine, Monitor, CCTV, Network Cables).
  • Troubleshoot and repair software (Windows, MS Office, Drivers, Network Systems, Antivirus, Email).
  • Perform regular maintenance on servers, networks, and CCTV across Agung Logistics locations.
Information Technology Security Specialist – Responsibilities
  • Defining access privileges, security control, and security procedures.
  • Analyzing security problems, identifying abnormalities in systems and network.
  • Implement security monitoring and security improvements.
  • Conduct application security testing prior to deployment.
  • Providing data in purpose of IT auditing.
  • Participate in making IT Security policies.
  • Provide technical guidance on maintaining the state of compliance in the overall IT Environment.
Information Technology Security Specialist – Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, or equivalent major.
  • Having at least 3Year(s) of working experience in IT Security.
  • CCNA or CCSA certification is required.
  • Having technical knowledge on LAN/WAN is required.
  • Having technical knowledge on Layer 4 and Layer 7 firewall.
  • Having cloud certification is a plus.
  • Good knowledge in information or network security standard implementation.
  • Willing to be placed in our Head Office in
    Sunter, Jakarta Utara.
Information Technology Sales Specialist – Responsibilities

IT AUDIT SALES Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all sales quotations are as per relevant Guidance and company's policy and procedures.
  • Ensuring the safeguard of client's confidential information.
  • Act as company representative and uphold the company brand and image.
  • Accentuate customer services and customer promised in the whole process of sales.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly sales report to Manager on the last working day of the month.
  • Prepare proposal and contract in aligned with procedures of sales.
  • Find and register new clients in the CBQA client list.
  • Input contracts in properly.
  • Coordinate with Operation & Technical Department in handling customer inquiry, feedback and complaint.
  • Coordinate with other related departments such as Strategic Account for existing clients handover, Marketing.
  • Developing the market share.
