Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Frontend Developer located in Surabaya. The Senior Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces, maintaining and improving web applications, ensuring cross-platform optimization and responsiveness, and collaborating with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences. The role also involves troubleshooting, debugging code, and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building responsive user interfaces.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer (excluding internships).
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with deep understanding of responsive design principles.
- Solid experience with and related modern frameworks.
- Familiarity with , npm, and Webpack.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, and web security fundamentals.
- Able to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Must be currently living in Indonesia (citizen or permanent resident).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Bonus if you have :
Experience with Python or TypeScript.
Experience with cloud databases such as Firestore, Cloud Datastore, Cloud Spanner, Amazon Aurora, etc.
Experience with cloud services such as Firebase, GCP, AWS, etc.
Contributions to or active participation in the OSS community.
Experience in the development and operations of large scale web services
