Responsibilities


• Manage Corporate EoS & Activation Team


• SPOC for escalations from customers and management.


• Conduct regular briefings and technical training to enhance team capabilities.


• Monitor SLAs for incident resolution and service activation.


• Develop and improve technical and administrative SOPs.


• Coordinate with relevant units (Sales, NOC, Admin) in project planning and execution.


• Compile and report weekly/monthly work recaps to management.


• Develop and evaluate work rosters and engineer Placements.


• Provide support and troubleshooting guidance for recurring cases.


• Review and ensure the quality of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.


• Serve as the primary contact for technical escalations and coordination with corporate customers.


• Conduct individual and team performance evaluations (KPIs).

Deliverables


• Work schedule and team rotation.


• Daily and weekly operational status reports.


• Monthly team performance and KPI reports.


• Activation work documentation (WO recap, Job Report, BAST).


• List of escalations and technical follow-ups.
