About the role
We are seeking an experienced HRGA Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT Amtra Electric' in Tigaraksa Banten. As a full-time HRGA Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all human resources and general affairs functions within the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a strategic impact and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Qualifications:
• Male/Female, Bachelor's Degree (Psychology / Law / Management)
• Min. 2 years experience as HRGA Supervisor / HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge in recruitment, training, payroll, IR, and GA operations
• Understand labor law, HR administration, BPJS, and HR documents
• Capable of preparing SOP, KPI, and handling employee relations
• Organized, good communication, detail-oriented
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Willing to work on-site in Tigaraksa
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, evaluation)
• Manage employee administration: attendance, leave, contract, BPJS, PPh 21
• Handle GA operations: office supplies, facility maintenance, legal docs
• Coordinate training programs & maintain HR reporting
• Support industrial relations and ensure compliance with company policies
