Role Description
We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This is a full-time on-site position responsible for:
- Applying critical thinking and a strong sense of problem-solving in project execution
- Collecting and analyzing customer requirements to define the application's functional and business needs
- Designing and implementing business process workflows for application development
- Utilizing BPMN tools (Business Process Model and Notation) — an advantage
- Simulating business processes to validate design efficiency — an advantage
- Collaborating with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Communicating with customers regarding expectations, timelines, and project progress
Qualifications
- Experience in at least two (2) projects as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Software Developer
- Ability to explain and understand the software development process clearly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset and a passion for improving processes
