  • Recruitment (local recruitment management, third party recruitment coordination, group recruitment platform, applicant database, screening, interview schedule management, assessment test, offering)
  • Onboarding & offboarding (equipment, attire, tools, government registration, group registration, insurance, building access registration, employee identification, employee introduction)
  • Employment contract (policy implementation, labor law)
  • Company's manual
  • Compensation (payroll, payroll adjustment, overtime management, bonus, commission)
  • Learning & development (seminar, training, workshop, certification)
  • Health (private insurance, working hours management, vaccine coordination)
  • Event (company, department, wedding, anniversary, birthday, birth, condolences)
  • Employee relations (counselling, disciplinary, announcement)
  • Attendance (software management, absence control, personal leave)
  • Software management
  • KPI application and reporting
  • Database management (local reporting, group reporting)
  • CSR program (internship coordination)
  • General administrative related to HR

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the renewable energy or a related industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
