- Employment contract (policy implementation, labor law)
- Company's manual
- Compensation (payroll, payroll adjustment, overtime management, bonus, commission)
- Learning & development (seminar, training, workshop, certification)
- Health (private insurance, working hours management, vaccine coordination)
- Event (company, department, wedding, anniversary, birthday, birth, condolences)
- Employee relations (counselling, disciplinary, announcement)
- Attendance (software management, absence control, personal leave)
- Software management
- KPI application and reporting
- Database management (local reporting, group reporting)
- CSR program (internship coordination)
- General administrative related to HR
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the renewable energy or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
