Job Desc:
- Lead and coordinate sales/marketing, branding, IT, and business growth initiatives for both divisions.
- Develop integrated strategies to strengthen market presence and profitability.
- Supervise division managers and ensure alignment with group objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients.
- Manage budgets, performance targets, and strategic reports to the Board.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in senior management or marketing leadership roles.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in multi-sector or group business management is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
