The role
As a Social Media & Content Staff at HAVANNA FAMILY REFLEXOLOGY', you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and effective content that helps to promote the company's brand and services across a range of digital channels. Based in Surabaya, this full-time position will see you collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft compelling stories and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
What you'll be doing
- Develop engaging and creative content for various digital platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience.
- Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with the brand's voice and values.
- Generate ideas for content themes, campaigns, and promotions to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using design software.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance content strategy.
- Collaborate with other team members including designers, marketers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage content calendars, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content assets.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven decisions.
