- Requirements:
Minimum education of Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Broadcasting, Design, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or in a similar role.
- Capable of managing the entire video production process end-to-end — from concept to shooting and editing.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar applications.
- Creative, proactive, and highly initiative-driven.
- Strong visual sense and effective storytelling skills in video format.
Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative video content ideas aligned with Xperteam Consultant's communication direction and brand identity.- Manage end-to-end video production, including concept planning, shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messages and visuals align with the brand strategy.
- Maintain and monitor production timelines to ensure content is delivered on schedule and meets quality standards.
- Ensure all content reflects the tone, style, and personality of the Xperteam brand.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, social media developments, and video formats to keep content relevant.
- Provide graphic design support for various marketing needs, including images, carousels, and promotional materials.
