About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on
Head of Sales
to lead our commercial team in driving growth, developing new markets, and strengthening customer relationships. This role will oversee both sales and marketing functions to build a more proactive, data-driven, and customer-focused organization.

Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred to support collaboration with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a
    Sales Master Plan
    to expand market coverage and acquire new customers.
  • Establish a comprehensive and detailed
    sales data reporting and analysis system
    to drive insights and performance tracking.
  • Coach and motivate the sales team (canvasing and Tele-sales team) to move from a reactive to a
    proactive sales approach
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing leadership roles, preferably in [industry, e.g., FMCG, Distribution, or B2B environment].
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in developing new markets and managing sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven, creative, and result-oriented personality.
