We are hiring a PICC (Purchasing Inventory Cost Control) professional on behalf of our client in the F&B industry. This role is key in ensuring accurate stock management, minimizing wastage, and supporting cost efficiency across multiple outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to check stock levels, validate stock opname, and ensure proper storage procedures.
- Monitor and analyze inventory usage, wastage, and variance reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry in inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams for optimal stock replenishment.
- Investigate discrepancies in inventory records and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to minimize loss.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory and cost control reports to management.
- Provide guidance and training to store staff on inventory handling and recording.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in inventory, stock control, or cost control, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory software (ESB) and Excel reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently to multiple store locations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
