Job Description:

  • Leading HR Initiatives: Attract and retain top talent, improve onboarding and recruitment, boost productivity, and improve employee engagement.

  • Develop & improve functional management systems.

  • Manage all compensation & benefit programs and oversee payroll.

  • Aligning HR with business goals.

  • Conducting performance evaluations.

  • Reporting to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.

  • Reporting & Tracking HR metrics.

  • Managed regulatory compliance and liaised with the Legal Division on all government-related matters.

  • Managed employee engagement strategies and led associated initiative programs

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Psychology, Law, Management, or any major related

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR fields

  • Fluent in English, both in written and spoken forms

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

  • Being interested in gaming & esports will be a plus point
