About the role
We are seeking a talented Refrigerator Technician to join our team at PT. Yili Indonesia Dairy in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. As a Refrigerator Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our refrigeration systems, which are essential for the successful production and storage of our dairy products. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment to identify and address any issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators
- Perform repairs and replacements of refrigeration components as needed
- Maintain and repair water treatment process
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that refrigeration systems are operating at optimal efficiency
- Daily 5S in refrigeration area
What we're looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Refrigeration Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Refrigerator Technician or in a similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of refrigeration systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have refrigeration certificate is an advantage
- Understand flow process of water treatment is an advantage
- Placement in Cikarang - Bekasi
