Project Manager – IDC Structured Cabling System

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our IDC Structured Cabling System projects.

You will oversee data center cabling projects, manage on-site teams, and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery for our regional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IDC Structured Cabling System projects.
Supervise site installation teams and ensure work quality meets standards.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Plan project timelines, budgets, and manpower allocation.
Prepare reports, drawings, and documentation as required.
Build and manage a professional cabling team for regional projects.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Center / IDC structured cabling or related fields.
Proven project management and team leadership experience.
Have existing team or subcontractor resources available.
Strong understanding of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
PMP certification is a plus.
