Job Descriptions :

  • Communicate with clients to identify new sales opportunities with solutions and services that can overcome customer's pain points.
  • Commitment to execute according to company's defined policy and SOP towards achieving all the KPI and targets.
  • Collaborate with solution architect and technical support team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term relationships and business retention.
  • Identify new opportunities through farming and hunting sales activities by promoting Enterprise GROW Digital Services (Enterprise GDS: eCloud, eSecure, eBackup&DR, eCloudApp)
  • Focus on highend and strategic clients to drive new sales growth and take proactive action to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze own sales performance and weaknesses to identify improvement opportunities. Identify and implement process improvements for personal effectiveness enhancement

Requirements :

Knowledge:

  • Contract Negotiation: Basic knowledge of contract terms and conditions, with the ability to negotiate with clients.
  • Market Trends: Awareness of industry trends and competitor offerings to better position of our offerings.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and trends to identify potential issues or opportunities.

Skills:

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client data to predict New likelihood and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Mentorship: Capability to guide and support junior team members in their roles.
  • Conflict Resolution: Advanced problem-solving skills to manage more complex or escalated customer issues.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify and suggest improvements of processes.
