Key Responsibilities – Commissioning & Start-up:
  • Lead Commissioning: Take ownership of the final stages of the project lifecycle, including pre-commissioning verification, functional testing, and integrated commissioning of all plant systems (e.g., gas processing, liquefaction, storage, and utility systems).
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all commissioning and startup procedures strictly adhere to established safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Vendor Management: Interface with Site team, equipment vendors, and specialists to coordinate punch list clearance, system handover, and performance guarantees.
  • Team Training: Lead the training for the future operations and maintenance team on the newly installed equipment and processes.
  • Performance Testing: Plan and execute plant performance guarantee tests to ensure the facility meets design specifications for capacity, efficiency, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities – Plant Operation Support:
  • Operational Leadership: Manage and direct daily plant operations, ensuring optimal production, efficiency, and utilization of resources.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously monitor plant performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement strategies for process optimization, debottlenecking, and energy efficiency.
  • Maintenance Interface: Collaborate closely with the maintenance department to develop and refine the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and ensure high equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
  • Change Management: Lead the Management of Change (MOC) process for operational modifications and upgrades.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed operational performance reports to senior management.
