We are currently representing one of our client in the construction sector. General Contractor company with long history and projects across the country

Job Description
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
  • Lead project teams including engineers, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management role within the construction industry, with portfolio handling industrial projects such as Factories, Warehouse, Plants, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Willing to be placed outside of Jakarta following the project's requirement if needed
