Job DescriptionRequirements
- At least 5 years of CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill experience
- Demonstrated ability to create products requiring tight tolerances
- Ability and confidence to produce high quality parts in the estimated time frame
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of high performance tooling
- High attention to detail
- Proficient with Fanuc Controls
- Will to work split shift if required
- Prefer domicile in Surabaya or willing to be placed in Surabaya
- Execute machining processes in accordance with drawing and job card instructions
Job Descriptions
- Operate CNC machines within safety guidelines of the equipment
- Check height, depth, and thickness of parts using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision measuring equipment
- Confidently perform 3–4 jaw set‑ups, shaft turning, tool/drill grinding & internal keyway machining
- Machine components in a wide range of materials in varying conditions to close tolerances
