About the Role

As an International Sales Executive, you'll be the key link between our global clients and production team. You'll support the sales process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring seamless communication and a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for international clients (US & EU), responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage production schedules and on‑time deliveries
  • Process orders, handle follow‑ups, and manage export documents
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with clients via email, phone, and online meetings
  • Assist in pricing negotiations, payment terms, and delivery schedules

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in corporate email etiquette and business correspondence
  • Able to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively
