- Design, develop, and implement mechanical and electrical systems for company projects.
- Conduct inspections and evaluations of equipment conditions to ensure operational feasibility in accordance with safety standards.
- Perform risk analysis and provide technical recommendations related to maintenance, energy efficiency, and machine safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, safety, project) to ensure optimal system performance.
- Create databases and technical reports on the performance of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Provide technical support and basic training for operational teams on safe work procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and/or Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles and industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
- Skilled in reading and creating technical drawings and installation diagrams.
- Strong analytical skills and accustomed to working with project deadlines.
- Able to work independently or in a team, with a proactive attitude in problem-solving.
- Certifications such as General OHS (AK3 Umum), CMSE, or Fire Safety are considered an advantage.
