Job Description:

  • Find the supplier that provides the fuel (rice husk,...), delivery service, spare part (if any),….. for our factory.
  • Negotiate the price, delivery schedule, and payment terms with the supplier.
  • Make a delivery plan and send it to the delivery services.
  • Follow the supplier, and delivery services to make sure that they will deliver as delivery plan.
  • Check the quantity that is imported to the factory, compare with the factory and supplier and inform to the supplier to issue an invoice.
  • Collect the invoice, delivery noted and complete the payment process in the system and forward the payment document to accountant dept.

  • Another requirement from Supervisor

Other requirement :

  • Graduated in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Import-Export, International Business, etc.
  • Ability to use English in work
  • Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in purchasing agricultural materials, fuels like: rice husks, palm shells, etc.

: 7th floor, the Plaza Office Tower, Thamrin Street, Gondangdia Ward, Menteng District, Jakarta Capital, Indonesia (Hybrid model)

Working times:
Monday – Friday: 08.30 – 17.00; Saturday: 8.30 – 11.00
