Job Description :
- Translate Mandarin to Indonesia and vice versa (Verbally, Written)
- Dealing with Indonesian clients
- Communicating with customers through various channel
- Handling clients questions and needs
Requirements :
- Fresh Graduate, Overseas Graduates or Local Graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in Indonesian and Mandarin (Verbal and Written)
- Mandarin is a must and English will be plus point
- Good work ethic and attitude
- Flexible, dedicated, stable, detailed, patience, fast learner, hard worker, honest, can work under pressure and friendly
- Have a good communication skills
- Critical thingking and creative proble solving
- Willing to service client well
- Willing to learn and work overtime
- Able to operate Microsoft Office Computer as well (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Power Point)
