- Identify, explore, and engage potential suppliers to obtain competitive quotations in terms of price, quality, availability, and after-sales support.
- Conduct market and supply analysis to ensure strategic sourcing and updated market intelligence.
- Participate in supplier selection, negotiation, qualification, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure all purchasing processes—from PR (Purchase Request) to PO (Purchase Order)—are reviewed and approved in accordance with the company's LOA (Level of Authority).
- Monitor and verify that procurement activities fully comply with internal policies, contract terms, and legal requirements.
- Work closely with suppliers for order processing, delivery schedules, claims, returns, and issue resolution.
- Align with suppliers to support Raw Material & Packaging Material (RMPM) development initiatives.
- Control and regularly update raw material price data.
- Support cost-saving projects, supply development programs, and initiatives aimed at improving COGS efficiency.
Qualification
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing for raw materials/packaging is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, cost structures, and supply risks.
- Knowledge of procurement systems, PO workflows, and LOA compliance.
