  • Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures.
  • Plan, develop and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management
  • Responsible in services of personnel administration included payroll, leave, sick, medical expense, meal and transport expense
  • Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal document)
  • Organize, coordinating and monitor the process of employee's performance appraisal
  • Administer and setting process Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation or Mutation), Termination, Retirement and Rehire

Qualifications Required:

  • Age between 30-40 years old
  • Bachelor degree of Law
  • Minimum 6 years experience as HR Manager
  • Good knowledge about HR, especially in Industrial Relation
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Good leadership ability
  • Willing to be placed in Semarang
