Responsibilities :

  • Create and manage purchase orders accurately according to production planning and demand.
  • Continuously tracking and provide feedback on raw material delivery date needed by the garment / apparel production (fabric and accessories).
  • Track and manage material inventory to ensire inventory levels meet company needs and avoid overstock and shortages.
  • Maintain daily purchase records to ensure buying accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow up on any material differencies or material movement.
  • Maintain supplier relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and resolve issues with all of the existing suppliers.

Requirements :

  • At least held Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.
  • Experienced as Purchasing Staff in Garment Industries at least for 2-3 years, familiar with garment / apparel production material needs.
  • Experienced in controlling delivery date, and also have detail awareness about the incoming raw material for garment production both the fabric and also the accessories.
  • Capable to communicate in English both speaking and also writing.
  • Possess strong negotiation skill and multitasking skill in handling multiple task in a close time.
  • Candidate should be willing to work at Jepara, Central Java.
