- Associate's/Bachelor's degree (D3/D4/S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Design Engineering, or other relevant technical fields.
- Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Able to read and create technical drawings (2D & 3D).
- Familiar with and able to apply international technical standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, or ISO related to steel pipe manufacturing.
- Proficient in manufacturing process analysis (cycle time, capacity calculation, OEE, line balancing).
- Experience with improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, ultrasonic thickness gauges, etc.
