Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Project located in Cengkareng. The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing customer relationships, and leading sales training programs. Daily tasks include maintaining customer service excellence, developing and executing sales strategies, and coordinating with team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Manage sales-related administrative tasks, such as order processing and document management (contracts, invoices).
- Provide key product information and assist with customer inquiries.
- Help build and maintain strong client relationships by handling inquiries, complaints, and managing customers.
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues, and create sales reports to support decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth sales and ongoing events.
- Search and screen qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Accustomed to assisting in the creation and refinement of proposals, decks, or presentation materials for use by the sales team with clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Cengkareng
- Prior experience in the piping industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
