Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales.
- Manage content across the company’s social media channels.
- Analyze and report the performance of digital campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content that aligns with the target audience.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and suggest relevant implementations.
- Create engaging graphic designs for marketing needs, including posters, banners, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand visual design requirements that support marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, including revisions and finalization.
- Assist in creating both print and digital materials for internal and external use.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and implement them in the work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the tools, hardware, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
