Job Description
- Develop and manage budgeting for driver operations.
- Conduct manpower planning for driver operations (applied for BPO employees).
- Lead and execute strategic projects related to cost optimization and cost monitoring.
- Lead a lean and agile team, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution and collaboration.
- Coordinate and align with internal and external stakeholders on contract generation, project execution, and evaluation.
- Support ad-hoc business needs or special initiatives, ensuring agility and readiness in dynamic operational challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in budgeting, cost control, and or operational project management, preferably in banking, logistics, ride-hailing, or fast-paced tech operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- A can-do attitude remains positive, resourceful, and persistent in solving challenges.
