Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, marketplace ads).
  • Develop digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Support e-commerce activities (promotions, bundling, store campaigns, vouchers, traffic, and product page optimization).
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent campaign messaging.
  • Manage additional channels (SEO/SEM, email, website, remarketing).
  • Conduct research on trends, audiences, and competitors to generate new campaign ideas.
  • Monitor campaign and e-commerce performance, and prepare regular evaluation reports.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, features, and digital marketing & e-commerce best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience running ads on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Proficient in Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, TikTok Shop Ads dashboards, and their optimization.
  • Able to use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.
  • Analytical and data-driven: capable of interpreting data insights for decision-making.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and adaptive to algorithm changes and digital trends.
  • Communicative and able to collaborate across divisions (creative, e-commerce, brand, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Previous experience in the beauty, F&B, or fashion retail industry.
