Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and oversee the business operational functions. The Head of Operations will ensure effective and compliant end-to-end operations, maintain service quality, and support the bank's strategic objectives through process efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily business operations, including branch operations, finance, and sales marketing.
  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence across all operational units.
  • Drive process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Oversee performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate operational teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide operational insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure.
