Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Area Manager in developing and executing sales strategies in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research and gather data on customers and competitors.
  • Identify and reach out to new prospects.
  • Conduct product and service presentations to potential customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Track and analyze sales data.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to sales.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales.
  • Have knowledge or Experience working in Agriculture or Leasing company is a PLUS.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Have good English language skills is preferable.
  • Willing to be placed in areas according to company needs.
