Responsibilities:
- Assist the Area Manager in developing and executing sales strategies in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research and gather data on customers and competitors.
- Identify and reach out to new prospects.
- Conduct product and service presentations to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
- Track and analyze sales data.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or Communication.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales.
- Have knowledge or Experience working in Agriculture or Leasing company is a PLUS.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have good English language skills is preferable.
- Willing to be placed in areas according to company needs.
