Responsibilties:

  • Interpret post-loan strategies (e.g., case handling, collection strategies) and ensure alignment with OJK regulations such as cost caps, 90-day delinquency rules, and data access restrictions.
  • Translate strategies into actionable execution plans, including SOPs, scripts, and system configuration requirements.
  • Conduct training for frontline teams to ensure proper understanding and accurate execution.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to configure decision engine strategies and monitoring reports suited to local needs.
  • Collaborate with collection and compliance teams to clarify details, solve execution issues, and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Monitor core indicators such as collection rate, strategy accuracy, and compliance metrics.
  • Identify and analyze causes of anomalies (process deviation or system issues) and drive prompt corrective actions.
  • Ensure full compliance with OJK finance regulations, including data protection and outsourcing restrictions.
  • Collect and review issues raised from frontline operations, propose temporary fixes, and support continuous strategy improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in post-loan risk control or strategy implementation in Indonesia.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and familiar with post-loan decision engine systems.
  • Strong understanding of OJK post-loan regulatory rules (interest rate caps, delinquency classifications, etc.).
  • Familiar with local collection models, including human–machine coordination and compliance communication.
  • Excellent cross-department communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance and adapt solutions to local requirements.
