What you'll be doing
- Manage the integration of merchant services across various business units, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Develop and implement integration strategies, processes and tools to enhance the customer experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant partners, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, challenges and areas for improvement in the merchant services ecosystem
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, operations and IT to ensure the successful delivery of merchant services
- Monitor and report on the performance of merchant integrations, providing recommendations for optimisation
- Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists, helping to develop their skills and expertise
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchant partnership, payment integration, or digital banking.
- Strong understanding of merchant ecosystems, payment gateways, and API integration.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects and delivering tangible business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
