Job Description:

  • Identify Training needs, working closely with Partners
  • Create Training Need Analysis (TNA)
  • Deliver training for Operational employees and Head Office employee
  • Design and make the training/syllabus/curriculum program
  • On-field training or observation
  • Evaluate until/on Level 3 (behavior)
  • Develop Talent Employee

Requirement:

  • Minimum have 1 years of experience as a L&D
  • Experienced in TNA, making module training, delivering traning & doing an evaluation of Traning (level 3)
  • Have experienced in Retail/ FMCG/ Hospitality/ Telecommunication/ Gadget industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
  • Willing to do business trips (frequently)
