Job Description:
- Identify Training needs, working closely with Partners
- Create Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Deliver training for Operational employees and Head Office employee
- Design and make the training/syllabus/curriculum program
- On-field training or observation
- Evaluate until/on Level 3 (behavior)
- Develop Talent Employee
Requirement:
- Minimum have 1 years of experience as a L&D
- Experienced in TNA, making module training, delivering traning & doing an evaluation of Traning (level 3)
- Have experienced in Retail/ FMCG/ Hospitality/ Telecommunication/ Gadget industry
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
- Willing to do business trips (frequently)
