Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting:

  • Oversee all daily financial and accounting operations for the Indonesian entity, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Establish and improve financial management and internal control systems that comply with both Indonesian Accounting Standards and Group requirements.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on time, and interpret them for reporting to the China Headquarters.
  • Be responsible for company budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control.

Tax & Compliance:

  • Take full responsibility for the Indonesian company's tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to all local tax regulations (e.g., VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax).
  • Manage relationships with external parties such as local tax authorities, banks, auditors, and legal advisors.
  • Ensure all company operations comply with relevant Indonesian laws and regulatory requirements.

Team Management & Collaboration:

  • Lead and manage the local Indonesian finance team, including training, development, and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Act as the key communication link between China Headquarters and the Indonesian team, ensuring smooth information flow and strategic alignment.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing) to provide financial analysis and decision-making support.

Bilingual Communication & Strategic Support:

  • Ability to conduct meetings in fluent Mandarin, write financial reports, and discuss strategic topics with Headquarters management.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis and business insights to management to support business growth and profitability enhancement in the Indonesian market.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Must be fluent in both Chinese and Indonesian for written and verbal communication
  • Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience in Indonesia. Experience working in a Chinese-invested company in Indonesia is preferred.
  • Proficient in local Indonesian Accounting Standards, tax laws, and compliance procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
