Role Description

  • Identify client needs and propose tailored L&D solutions.

  • Conduct training needs assessments and present Peopleshift programs.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in the training consulting or HR development industry.
